They pay the yearly fee, then provide us with the login information and we design and build the site. That way you pay us one time for our services. With this option, the hosting is included and you get a free Domain name if you don't already have one. If you have an existing site, we can re-direct the domain to the new site once it's designed. This service does a great job continually updating the back end of the site, yet there are some things we can do to help with the organic SEO. The advantage of this option is once we finish putting it all together, we'll show you how to make easy changes as well as check reports on site is performance. You are the administrator of the site because you subscribed to the service. This is a great option for small businesses on a tight budget.
